Program Overview

First Steps on
The Mat.

Our Parent Tot classes introduce toddlers (ages 2–3) to fundamental physical skills, emotional regulation, and listening techniques — through structured play. Parents participate alongside their child the entire time, making it as much a bonding experience as a training one.

Kids learn balance, flexibility, and coordination through movements like animal walks, crawling patterns, and simple martial arts stances. No experience needed for parent or child. Just show up ready to play, move, and laugh.
