Kids Martial Arts
Our children’s martial arts programs have been specifically designed to help students get better grades, resist peer pressure, become more confident, and stand up for what’s right while increasing strength and overall health with exercise habits. These programs have been developed with your child in mind.
Our Programs
Little Bears (3-5)
An introductory program to martial arts for younger children. The classes are fun and fast-paced to keep the kids focused. Students learn all the fundamentals, teaching them motor skills, discipline, and awareness. Along with the physical martial arts skills, students develop patience and practice good manners. We want our students to have all the tools necessary to enjoy learning and be successful from elementary school… to college… and beyond.
Big Bears (5-7)
These classes focus on basic skills such as blocks, kicks, punches, and grappling then build on those skills by putting them together with self-defense techniques. Children not only learn how to precisely follow directions given by instructors, they also learn how safely practice with a partner. Teamwork is a crucial part of a child's development and this age is best time to add some physical interaction to their socialization skill sets.
